(October 5, 2017) – Weingarten Realty (NYSE:WRI) announced today Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) leased 23,000 sf at Ridgeway Trace Center, located at Poplar Ave and I-240 in Memphis, TN.
Ridgeway Trace Center is on Memphis’ busiest street and serves the well-established, affluent East Memphis and Germantown trade areas. The center is anchored by Target, Best Buy and PetSmart.

REI is filling part of the vacancy left by former anchor tenant The Sports Authority. The remaining 18,671 sf is still available for lease.
