All vendors are highly-qualified and are chosen based on their proven, professional experience. To properly provide maintenance on the center to Weingarten Realty’s standards, vendors are educated on our Mission and long-term goals.
Property Managers have a thoughtful plan for investment in capital repairs and replacements for each asset. Preventive maintenance in time turns into replacements and Weingarten budgets and makes these capital investments as needed to ensure our structures are sound. Sustainability efforts are an important initiative implemented at each property where the benefits justify the investment, i.e., the cost of implementing a “green program” must have a pay-back that is quantifiable. Our Property Managers keep abreast with ongoing adherence to governmental regulations, such as ADA, and implement plans to address new regulations as they are introduced.
